Integrating into a frame! Introducing a case study of a rare type of handwashing sink.
We would like to introduce a rare type of "handwashing sink" made by placing a stainless steel plate on a frame made of square pipes, resulting in a direct placement handwashing station. To ensure stability and prevent wobbling at the bottom when installed, we paid careful attention to the parallelism of the legs during production. Additionally, the top is equipped with a faucet hole, and to avoid any warping or distortion, we finished the welded areas without any burrs, despite the numerous welds. Since the sink is integrated with the frame, the accuracy of the frame's shape is also crucial.
